Since its founding, the Euro-American Digital Law Committee -CEA Digital Law, under the presidency of Antonio Tejeda Encinas, has been an international reference in the analysis, development and promotion of legal frameworks that address the challenges and opportunities of the digital era.
With a consolidated track record in the field of digital law, technological governance and fundamental rights, the Comité Euro Americano de Derecho Digital — CEA Digital Law is now positioned as the ideal space to promote an ambitious and transformative initiative: the project
“Human-Technological Convergence.”
This initiative, under construction, seeks to transcend traditional approaches and offer integrative solutions that combine ethics, technology, social justice and sustainability.
Recognizing that law is both a reflection and an engine of social change, the Comité Euro Americano de Derecho Digital is committed to leading this project, integrating experts from various disciplines and promoting a global dialogue that allows laying the foundations for a “political vision” aligned with the challenges of our time.
The Euro-American Digital Law Committee assumes this responsibility with the same rigor that characterizes his previous work, focusing on:
1. Define the guiding principles: From technological governance to digital equity, ensuring that human dignity and fundamental rights are central axes of the proposal.
2. Connect the global with the local: Recognizing that technological challenges have international implications, but must be adapted to the realities of each society.
3. Promote multisector participation: Involving entrepreneurs, legislators, technologists and citizens in the co-creation of solutions.
With the “Human-Technological Convergence” project, the Euro-American Digital Law Committee reaffirms its role as a key actor in political and social transformation, demonstrating that digital law not only regulates the present, but also builds the future.
