What is the Club?
The META Channel Legal Desk Legal Business Club is a professional membership program that connects lawyers, legal professionals, judges, and other legal experts with an international ecosystem of law enforcement, technology, and business.
It is neither an association nor a professional organization: it is a business club within META Channel Corporation Ltd. (an Irish limited company). The program is designed, structured, and managed by META Channel Corporation Ltd.
Why is it different?
Traditional legal networks offer directories, events, and general networking opportunities. The META Channel Legal Desk Legal Business Club offers three things that others don't:
1. Access to real-world business
Access to opportunities for collaboration on projects coordinated by Legal Desk, based on professional profile and jurisdiction. Priority is given to Strategic members.
2. META Channel Ecosystem.
Members can offer their clients capabilities they do not possess on their own: asset tokenization (TokenLab), litigation financing (Litigation Bridge Capital), and an international framework for transactions between Europe, Latin America, and Africa. This makes the member a more competitive professional.
3. Business-oriented training
These are not webinars on legal doctrine. They are practical sessions on structuring and growing a legal practice: structuring cross-border fee arrangements, presenting tokenization transactions to corporate clients, conducting feasibility assessments for litigation finance, and positioning a small law firm internationally.

Relationship with the Network of Collaborators
Membership in the Club does NOT automatically make a member an executing partner of "Legal Desk". To carry out legal assignments under the umbrella of META Channel, it is necessary to sign a separate Professional Collaboration Framework Agreement.
However, implementing partners are preferably selected from among Club members, with priority given to Strategic Members.
