What the Club is
The META Channel Legal Desk Legal Business Club is a professional membership programme that connects lawyers, legal professionals, judges and others working in the legal field with an international ecosystem of execution, technology and business.
It is not an association or a professional body: it is a business club within META Channel Corporation Ltd. (an Irish commercial company). The programme is designed, structured and managed by META Channel Corporation Ltd.

Members can offer their own clients capabilities they do not have on their own: asset tokenisation (TokenLab), litigation finance (Litigation Bridge Capital) and an international structure for Europe-Latin America-Africa transactions. This makes each member a more competitive professional.
3. Business-focused training
These are not webinars on legal doctrine. They are practical sessions on structuring and growing a legal business: structuring cross-border fees, presenting tokenisation deals to corporate clients, assessing viability for litigation finance, positioning a small firm internationally.

Important clarification
Relationship with the Collaborator Network
Club membership does NOT automatically make a member a collaborating lawyer who handles Legal Desk engagements. To carry out legal engagements under the META Channel umbrella, a separate Professional Collaboration Framework Agreement must be signed.
That said, collaborating lawyers who handle engagements are preferably selected from among Club members, with priority given to Strategic Members.
