Requirements for becoming a contributor

- task_alt Willingness to sign the Framework Agreement on Professional Collaboration.
- task_alt Commitment to the operational, quality, and reporting standards required by META Channel Corporation, including monitoring, coordination, and traceability of the assignment.
How it works from a contractual standpoint
The collaboration is formalized through a Professional Collaboration Framework Agreement between META Channel Corporation Ltd. and the independent attorney.
The coordination fees for META Channel Corporation and the professional fees of the attorney involved relate to different services and are documented in accordance with the contractual framework applicable to each engagement, while ensuring the attorney's professional independence at all times.
META Channel Corporation bills exclusively for services related to the coordination, structuring, and management of the engagement. The fees for the legal services rendered are payable to the attorney handling the case, without prejudice to the functional and financial separation between those services and the coordination services provided by META Channel Corporation.
The role of META Channel Corporation involves coordinating, organizing, and providing operational support for the case, distinct from the legal services provided by the attorney handling the case.
