What is the Orbital Pact?
The Orbital Pact does not involve creating a new entity or a deliberative network. It is built on existing private international execution infrastructure, developed and operated by META Channel Corporation Ltd., which is made available to business organisations to support institutional positioning, tricontinental connections and genuine operational execution.
Organisations that join the Pact do not manage or govern this infrastructure. They access it as a common framework for strategic alignment, international visibility and execution capacity across Europe, Africa and Latin America.

The Orbital Pact operates from a fully functioning European architecture, based in Ireland and Spain (Canary Islands), designed to reduce legal, regulatory and operational friction in complex cross-border transactions.
This infrastructure brings legal, financial, technological and media capabilities together under a single technical operator. We don’t advise on which structure to adopt: we implement it. We don’t recommend which documents to prepare: we prepare them. We turn companies with a real business into assets ready for institutional due diligence.
Entrepreneurship
End-to-end structuring of companies with a real business and verifiable traction that are looking to scale, internationalise or prepare a funding round to institutional standards. This includes corporate and governance optimisation (cap table, rights, control), investor-grade shareholders’ agreements, an auditable financial model, KPIs and reporting, applicable regulatory compliance and full data room preparation.
We work with operational evidence (customers, contracts, revenue), not with ideas or projects at concept stage.
The result is a “due-diligence-ready” company: organised information, identified risks, mitigations in place and a coherent operational narrative for engaging with qualified capital.
Execution
Genuine implementation of transactions — not advisory work. International legal structuring (vehicles, SPVs, agreements, guarantees, flows), contractual closing and cross-border coordination, advanced regulatory compliance and operational governance design.
Technology development and integration where it is a condition of investability (platforms, automation, traceability, control), including the tokenisation of assets or complex corporate transactions where appropriate.
The architecture is translated into execution: documents, processes, controls and verifiable deliverables. The aim is to reduce friction and risk, ensure auditability and leave the transaction ready for external validation and an investment decision without anyone having to rebuild the information.
Investment
Structured access to institutional capital — venture capital, private equity, family offices — for projects that have completed the structuring process. Projects reach investors with complete documentation, pre-packaged due diligence and verified technical validation. Investors assess the opportunity; they don’t have to reconstruct the information.
Investment within the Orbital Pact is always the result of a structuring process carried out by META Channel Corporation through its Orbital Investment & Execution Hub. The Pact does not run fundraising processes or act as an intermediary for capital.

The Orbital Investment & Execution Hub is the Orbital Pact’s permanent execution and investment infrastructure. It operates in a structurally underserved segment of the market: it takes companies with a real business — revenue, customers and demonstrable traction — that lack the institutional architecture needed to access qualified capital, and turns them into investable assets that meet institutional standards.
It is not an accelerator: it does not run cohorts or culminate in Demo Days.
It is not an advisory service: it does not just recommend, it executes.
It is not a marketplace: it does not list projects, it structures and validates them before any interaction with investors.
Access is selective on both sides. Companies must demonstrate a real business and a willingness to complete the structuring process. Investors must demonstrate the capacity to close and strategic alignment with the type of transactions in the ecosystem. Mutual selectivity is the mechanism that preserves the institutional standard.
