What is Orbital Pact?
Orbital Pact does not result from the creation of a new entity or a deliberative network. It is built upon an existing private infrastructure for international operations, developed and operated by META Channel Corporation Ltd., which is made available to business organizations to facilitate institutional positioning, tri-continental connectivity, and actual operational execution.
The organizations that join the Pact do not manage or govern this infrastructure. They participate in it as a shared framework for strategic alignment, international visibility, and implementation capacity across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
Infrastructure Now Operational
Orbital Pact operates within a fully functional European infrastructure (based in Ireland, Europe, and Spain via the Canary Islands), designed to minimize legal, regulatory, and operational hurdles in complex cross-border transactions.
This infrastructure brings together legal, financial, technological, and media capabilities under a single technical operator. We don’t advise on which structure to adopt—we implement it. We don’t recommend which documents to prepare—we prepare them. We transform companies with actual business operations into assets ready for institutional due diligence.

Technology development and integration when required for investability (platforms, automation, traceability, controls), including asset tokenization or complex corporate transactions where applicable.
We translate the architecture into execution: documents, processes, controls, and verifiable deliverables. The goal is to reduce friction and risk, ensure auditability, and leave the transaction ready for external validation and investment decisions without the need to reconstruct information.
Investment
Structured access to institutional capital -venture capital, private equity, family offices - for projects that have completed the structuring process. Projects come to the investor with complete documentation, pre-packaged due diligence and verified technical validation. The investor evaluates opportunity, not reconstructs information.
Investment under the Orbital Pact is always the consequence of a structuring process executed by META Channel Corporation through its Orbital Investment & Execution Hub. The Pact does not articulate capital raising or intermediation processes.

The Orbital Investment & Execution Hub is the permanent infrastructure of execution and investment of the Orbital Pact. It operates in a structurally underserved section of the market: it takes companies with real business - billing, customers and demonstrable traction - that lack the institutional architecture necessary to access qualified capital, and transforms them into investable assets at institutional standard.
META Channel Corporation intervenes only when the transaction requires a legal, regulatory, and governance framework to qualify for institutional-grade investment. Without such a framework, there is no viable investment process.
