António Manuel Rochette Cordeiro – University of Coimbra CEIS20
He is a Geography Doutor and Professor at the University of Coimbra, specialized in Geography, Urbanism and Education. He is a researcher at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies (CEIS20) and coordinates the Research Unit on Territories and Education. Throughout his career, he worked in areas such as sustainability, public policies and urban planning, with nearly 200 publications.
I led various projects for the reorganization of school networks and educational strategic plans in collaboration with local and regional governments, with a focus on territorialization of education and sustainable development.
Sandra Passinhas – University of Coimbra
She is a professor at the Faculty of Directors of the University of Coimbra. His areas of expertise include Civil Law, European Union Law and market regulation. Contribute widely to academic research with publications on consumer protection and contractual rights. He also participates in pedagogical and scientific activities, serving on various committees and organizations related to his areas of study.
Ângela Dias Mendes – Pós-doutoranda CEIS20
Lawyer, university professor and mediator with expertise in direct and disruptive technologies. She is a teacher in Direito and Evolução Social and can be trained in Direito Econômico, in addition to various certifications in information security and data protection. I work in academic institutions such as UERJ and UFF, coordinating work groups and evaluating projects. Your experience will also open management in digital and arbitration. Currently, she is General Director of the Brazil Node of CEA Digital Law.
Eduardo Manuel Val – PPGD/UFF
Lawyer and academic, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, with a Master’s degree and PhD in Direito from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. He is currently an adjunct professor at the Universidade Federal Fluminense and the Universidade Estacio de Sá, in addition to collaborating with other post-graduation programs. His area of expertise covers International Public Law, International Constitutional and Comparative Law, with emphasis on topics such as Human Rights, access to justice in Latin America and International Environmental Law.
Carlos Alberto Oliveira – FHT/UERJ
Researcher of the Health Technological Innovation Laboratory of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (LAIS/UFRN), was elected member of the Executive Committee of the International Council of Open and Distance Education (ICDE). This global organization focuses on improving online education and brings together educational institutions from all over the world. Oliveira has been an active participant in the ICDE congresses since 1999, and his election is seen as a confirmation of his work in remote education and public health.
Ricardo Valentim – LAIS/UFRN
Associate Professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and also researcher at the Onofre Lopes University Hospital. His work is focused on areas related to health and education, and he contributes to various scientific publications. Your experience encompasses both public health research and health technologies, highlighting your commitment to advancing knowledge in these areas.
