After the II Ibero-African Forum and the VII Ibero-American Forum held this week, META Channel Corporation consolidates a unique position in the Euro-Latin American and Atlantic space.

The consulting firm responsible for the organization applied a peculiar criterion by leaving an actor like META Channel Corporation out of the closed-door session, despite the fact that two of the institutional organizers expressly requested our presence and despite the fact that institutions, private companies and academic entities also participated. The episode did not affect our work—the real dialogue took place where we operate reliably—but it did show to what extent certain decisions respond more to discretion than to an objective reading of the ecosystem. All of this, of course, without prejudice to recognizing the excellence and professionalism demonstrated by the rest of the institutions and entities present.
