The figure is uncomfortable but undeniable: MIT Sloan Management Review, in its report The GenAI Divide: State of AI in Business 2025, concludes that 95% of corporate artificial intelligence projects deliver no measurable return. It is not a slogan; it is the result of analysing more than three hundred corporate initiatives. The central finding is clear: the problem lies not in the technology, but in the way it is designed and implemented.
Organisations tend to repeat two mistakes. On the one hand, internal teams try to build proprietary solutions without sufficient scale, believing they can replicate the work of the big technology labs. On the other, the large strategy consultancies—McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, Deloitte…—continue to centre their offering on designing transformation plans and models, whose actual execution usually falls to third parties, fragmenting traceability and diluting operational accountability. This fragmented model perpetuates the gap between strategy as formulated and tangible results, exactly what MIT identifies as a structural cause of failure.
META Channel starts from a different premise: strategy is not handed over; it is executed. Our approach is not to produce conceptual frameworks for others to apply, but to bring design and operation together in a single process. Every strategic decision becomes an operational result from the outset.
Our methodology, Dynamic and Adaptive Convergence (DAC), is at the heart of this difference. We do not impose generic templates; we build bespoke architectures for each client. We integrate mature, proven technologies rather than reinventing what already works. We see governance as a living system that enables teams to use AI safely and productively, in compliance with the AI Act and international regulatory frameworks. And every implementation is safeguarded from the outset with cross-border contractual and regulatory cover, so that innovation also means legal certainty.
MIT’s diagnosis is unequivocal: most initiatives fail through over-design and a lack of execution. In contrast to that pattern, META Channel offers an alternative path: turning strategy into operational impact from day one. Where most deliver reports, we deliver results.
PS: META Channel is a Praxis House, where strategy stops being theory and becomes action.
