2. The Strategic Challenge
Four companies from three different countries (Spain, Colombia and Brazil) wanted to join forces to bid together for a large technology infrastructure project. 3. The META Channel Solution Architecture
The Entrepreneurship dimension of the ORBITAL PACT was activated to structure the business consortium. The appropriate collaboration vehicle was designed, the consortium agreement was drawn up with all the necessary operational and governance terms, and joint institutional documentation was prepared in order to present to the client as a single, solid proposal.
4. Ecosystem Orchestration: Layers in Action
Layer 5 (Substantive Legal), led by META Channel, designed the consortium agreement and the terms of collaboration between the four companies.
