Case Title
The Complete Leap: From LATAM Startup to Investable Company in Europe
1. Scenario
- Client Archetype: Latin American technology startup.
- Sector: FinTech / Digital payments.
- Operation Vector: Mexico → Europe (Full Internationalization).
2. The Strategic Challenge
A Mexican fintech with a validated product and significant traction in its own market wanted to make the leap to Europe. It needed to restructure in order to operate under European regulation, adapt its technology to the MiCA framework and prepare to raise investment from European funds, facing entrepreneurship, execution and investment challenges simultaneously.
3. The META Channel Solution Architecture
The three dimensions of the ORBITAL PACT were activated in an integrated way. Under Entrepreneurship, the business model and the corporate structure for Europe were redesigned; under Execution, MiCA regulatory compliance and the technological adaptation were implemented; under Investment, institutional-standard documentation was prepared and the investment narrative was designed for European funds specializing in fintech.
4. Ecosystem Orchestration: Layers in Action
Layer 5 (Substantive Legal), led by META Channel, structured the European holding company and handled MiCA compliance in coordination with the regulators. Layer 2 (Reference Partners) coordinated teams in Mexico and Europe to align business and operations, while Layer 4 (Technological) adapted the platform to European regulatory requirements and Layer 1 (Institutional) connected with European fintech funds with a LATAM thesis.
