Unified Control: A Custom Global Compliance Dashboard

2. The Strategic Challenge

A multinational with subsidiaries in 15 countries, including Spain, Mexico and Ecuador, had a fragmented view of its compliance status. Each subsidiary reported its risks differently, making it impossible for head office to have a global, real-time view of the company’s risk profile.

3. The META Channel Solution Architecture

A custom technology solution was designed and built: a “Global Compliance Dashboard” that would connect to each subsidiary’s systems in order to unify the risk KPIs (data protection, anti-corruption, and so on) in a single visual interface for the Board of Directors.

Layer 4 (Technological) was the engine, carrying out the custom development. To define the KPIs for each country, Layer 2 (Reference Partners) was crucial, activating our local hubs in Mexico and Ecuador so that they could work alongside the development team and ensure that the dashboard reflected local regulations accurately.
