Measurable Sustainability: An ESG Reporting Platform
1. Scenario
- Client Archetype: Listed Industrial Group.

2. The Strategic Challenge
Faced with growing investor pressure and the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), an industrial group needed to unify and automate the collection of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) data from its 5 production plants in order to generate accurate, auditable reports.
3. The META Channel Solution Architecture
A custom technology solution was designed. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, a dashboard was developed that connected to each plant’s systems in order to aggregate the ESG data in real time and generate the reports required by the directive.
4. Ecosystem Orchestration: Layers in Action
Layer 4 (Technological) was the engine, carrying out the custom development of the dashboard. To ensure that the platform measured the right KPIs, Layer 2 (Reference Partners) was activated to bring in our experts in ESG regulation and standards. Layer 3 (Operations Platform) coordinated the rollout of the solution across the 5 plants.
