XAI & Transparency Lead

The Mission:

Design, develop, and implement XAI modules and transparency tools that meet the most demanding AI Act requirements in real enterprise environments.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Architect XAI solutions for large language models and computer vision.
• Integrate explainability into client production pipelines.
• Lead regulatory transparency certifications and audits.
• Define the technology roadmap for AI Visible™.

Required Profile — Who You Are:

• You are a senior engineer/PhD in ML with specialization in XAI and algorithmic governance.
• You have deployed explainability solutions in regulated environments (fintech, healthcare, energy).
• You are proficient in SHAP, LIME, counterfactuals, and European standards.
• You communicate fluently with attorneys and regulators.
