The Mission:
Act as the nexus between technological innovation and legal certainty, designing the legal structure of our digital operations and products in order to mitigate risk and create
competitive advantage in a complex regulatory environment.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Structuring of Digital Transactions: Design the legal architecture for innovative products, particularly in the field of digital assets (tokenization).
- Technology and Commercial Contracting: Draft, review and negotiate contracts of every kind (software licenses, client and supplier agreements).
- Regulatory Compliance: Analyze the impact of regulation (MiCA, GDPR, AI Act) on our products and design the internal policies needed to ensure
compliance. - Legal Support to the Business: Advise the company’s other divisions on all legal matters affecting their day-to-day activity.
Required Profile: Who You Are:
- You are a lawyer with a solid grounding in commercial and contract law, and demonstrated specialization in and passion for technology law.
- You have a “product mindset”: you are able to offer creative legal solutions that enable the business rather than hold it back.
- You have an international outlook and understand the complexity of cross-border transactions.
