The Mission:
Design and execute tax equity structures (patronage, R&D&I, social and technological impact) in which private capital funds genuine public benefit and obtains a return through tax savings, all within the legal framework in force.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Structure technology patronage transactions under Law 49/2002 and applicable regulations.
- Design R&D&I investment programs with tax deductions (Art. 35 of the Spanish Corporate Income Tax Act).
- Create social and green tax equity models adapted to each jurisdiction.
- Coordinate with beneficiary entities, investors and tax advisors.
- Lead the Tax Equity Operations line at Litigation Bridge Capital.
Required Profile — Who You Are:
- You are a tax partner or an advisor specialized in tax incentives, patronage or R&D&I.
- You have structured programs of €20M+ delivering a tax return to investors.
- You are proficient in the Spanish Patronage Act, R&D&I deductions and the European green taxonomy.
- You combine tax expertise with a vision for social and technological impact.
