Software Architect & Senior Developer

The Mission:

Design, build and lead the development of the technology architecture underpinning all our solutions, from asset tokenization platforms to RegTech/LegalTech applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable and efficient.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Define the technical architecture of our products, selecting the appropriate technologies and patterns (including blockchain and smart contracts).
• “Core” Development: Build the most critical and complex components of our applications, setting a high-quality standard for the codebase.
• Technical Leadership and Mentoring:** Guide and oversee the work of other developers, carry out code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• R&D and Technology Watch:** Research emerging technology trends and assess their applicability for creating new business lines.

 Required Profile: Who You Are:

•  You are a senior software engineer with extensive experience across the full development lifecycle.
•  You are not only an excellent programmer (with backend experience, and preferably in blockchain/Solidity), you also have the ability to think at system level and design robust, long-term solutions.
• You are passionate about technology and enjoy building products from scratch.
