The Mission:
Develop and audit smart contracts that comply with MiCA or MiFID II as applicable, with legal validity in the EU for RWA issuances, ensuring interoperability, security and on-chain auditability.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Write and audit smart contracts in Solidity/Rust to institutional-grade standards.
- Embed regulatory compliance (MiCA or MiFID II: KYC, traceability, issuance limits) into the code.
- Coordinate with lawyers to ensure the legal enforceability of each contract under the applicable framework.
- Carry out security audits and formal verification before deployment.
- Lead the TokenLab™ technology stack.
Required Profile — Who You Are:
- You are a senior blockchain engineer with experience in regulated environments (MiCA, MiFID II or the Pilot Regime).
- You have deployed mainnet contracts holding real tokenized value.
- You are proficient in formal audits, OpenZeppelin, ERC standards and DLT compliance.
- You understand lawyers and talk to them without needing a translator.
