Senior Tax Consultant (ZEC & International Taxation)

The Mission:

To be the foremost tax authority within our Canary Islands Strategic Hub. Your mission is to design and execute the most efficient corporate and tax structures for our
international clients who use the Canary Islands Special Zone (ZEC) as their gateway to Europe, and for our local companies expanding globally.

 Strategic Responsibilities:

•  Advise on and lead the incorporation of companies in the ZEC, ensuring compliance with all investment and employment requirements.
•  Design international tax structures that optimize operations between the ZEC, the rest of Europe and Latin America.
•  Act as the principal point of contact with the tax authorities and the ZEC Consortium.
•  Work with the Global Law team to integrate tax strategy into M&A transactions and restructurings.

Required Profile: Who You Are:

•  You are a lawyer or economist with deep, demonstrable specialization in the Canary Islands Special Zone and in international taxation.
•  You have hands-on experience incorporating and managing ZEC entities.
•  You understand how the ZEC interacts with double taxation treaties and other international structures.
•  You are able to translate complex tax planning into clear, business-focused language for our clients.
