The Mission:
Create regulatory strategies that allow clients to scale in Europe in compliance with MiCA, NIS2 and DORA from day one, using the ZEC Hub as their entry platform.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Design MiCA, NIS2 and DORA compliance roadmaps for corporate clients.
- Anticipate regulatory change and prepare strategic positions.
- Represent clients before the CNMV, the Bank of Spain and European authorities.
- Lead the regulatory strategy area of the ZEC Hub.
Required Profile — Who You Are:
- You are a former regulator, a former Big Four regulatory partner or a former head of legal at a fintech.
- You have implemented MiCA, NIS2 or DORA in real companies.
- You are proficient in the European regulatory ecosystem and its impact on emerging markets.
- You close meetings with supervisors and with boards with equal ease.
