Project & Business Development Manager

 The Mission:

Lead the execution of our technological and strategic projects from conception through delivery, while identifying and developing new business opportunities to secure the sustainable growth of our hub in the Canary Islands.

 Strategic Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Plan, execute and oversee complex projects combining legal, technological and business components, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Business Development and Sales: Research markets, identify prospective clients, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements for our service lines.
• Operational Leadership: Coordinate and optimize the team’s resources, define efficient workflows and report progress and KPIs to management.
• Strategy: Contribute to defining the product and service roadmap, bringing market and client insight.

 Required Profile: Who You Are:

• You are a professional with demonstrable experience in strategic consulting, technology project management (PMP, Agile) or B2B business development in the technology sector.
•  You have a 360° view, able to grasp both the technical detail and the business objectives.
•  You have a clear vocation for leadership and a mindset geared to “making things happen”.
