 The Mission:

Lead the analysis and selection of cases for our **Litigation Finance** division. Your mission is to assess complex legal disputes (arbitrations, commercial litigation) from an
investment perspective, determining their viability, risk and potential return so that META Channel can decide whether or not to fund the case.

 Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the legal “due diligence” on each case: analyze the strength of the arguments, the applicable case law and the likelihood of success.
  •  Build the financial model for the investment: estimate litigation costs, likely duration and the range of possible damages.
  •  Prepare the investment reports for META Channel’s management committee.
  •  Monitor the progress of funded litigation in collaboration with external legal teams.

 Required Profile — Who You Are:

  •  You are a litigation lawyer with extensive experience in major commercial disputes or international arbitration.
  •  You have strong financial acumen and understand concepts such as NPV, IRR and risk modeling.
  •  You are able to analyze a legal case not only from a “win or lose” perspective, but from a “risk vs. reward” one.
  •  You are comfortable at the intersection of high finance and elite law.
