The Mission:
Keep the financial models of every active transaction up to date, project scenarios as the litigation evolves, and report portfolio performance to investors and the management committee.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Update valuation models throughout the life of each case (sensitivity, scenarios).
- Prepare periodic financial reporting for investors and the committee.
- Analyze variances between projections and actual results.
- Work with the Valuation Lead on due diligence for new cases.
- Develop portfolio tracking tools and dashboards.
Required Profile — Who You Are:
- You are a senior financial analyst with experience in alternative funds, M&A or corporate finance.
- You are proficient in advanced financial modeling, Excel/Python and BI tools.
- You have experience in illiquid assets, special situations or litigation finance.
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented and able to communicate numbers to non-financial audiences.
