The Mission:
Build and manage a diversified portfolio of litigation and
funded structures, optimizing capital allocation, monitoring performance and
reporting to investors and the management committee.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Select and monitor cases within the
active portfolio. - Optimize capital allocation across
jurisdictions, litigation types and structures. - Negotiate terms with third-party funds and
manage co-investments. - Report performance, risks and projections to the
investment committee. - Define entry and exit criteria for each
transaction.
Required Profile — Who You Are:
- You are an alternative fund manager, a former portfolio
manager or a former litigation finance investment manager. - You are proficient in risk modeling, NPV, IRR and
waterfall structures. - You have a track record in illiquid assets, special
situations or distressed credit. - You have a deep understanding of the lifecycle of
international litigation.
