Litigation Execution & Case Monitoring Lead

The Mission:

Direct the operational execution of the litigation and funded
structures once the investment has been approved. You are Phase 4: Execution and Orchestration. Your role
is to coordinate all the parties and ensure that the case advances towards the optimal
outcome.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Coordinate external lawyers, expert witnesses, specialists and
  consultants on each active case.
• Track procedural progress, milestones and
  critical deadlines.
• Report case status to the Portfolio Manager and
  to the client.
• Manage incidents, changes of strategy and
  tactical decisions during the litigation.
• Ensure compliance with the terms of the
  funding agreement.

Required Profile — Who You Are:

• You are a senior litigation lawyer with experience in
  managing complex cases, or a former project manager at a Big Law firm.
• You have managed multiple high-value
  proceedings simultaneously.
• You are proficient in project management, reporting and
  the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• You stay calm under pressure and know how to escalate
  problems in good time.
