The Mission:
Anticipate regulatory and geopolitical risks across multiple jurisdictions and design safe routes via the ZEC for clients expanding operations between Europe, Latam and Africa.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Map regulatory risks and sanctions along Latam-Europe-Africa routes.
- Design implementation strategies and contingency planning for international clients.
- Coordinate with authorities, chambers of commerce and trade promotion bodies.
- Lead the geostrategic area of the Canary Islands Strategic Hub.
Required Profile — Who You Are:
- You are a former diplomat, a former regulator or a geopolitical consultant with corporate experience.
- You are proficient in international sanctions regimes and the key regulatory frameworks (MiCA, NIS2, DORA).
- You have advised on transatlantic expansions of companies or funds.
- You think in scenarios and speak fluently with boards and governments.
