The Mission:
Structure risk coverage (ATE insurance, guarantees, transfer products) for Litigation Bridge Capital operations, eliminating residual risk of adverse costs and procedural contingencies.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Design and negotiate ATE (After The Event) policies for each funded operation.
- Assess adverse cost risks and procedural contingencies in each jurisdiction.
- Manage relationships with insurers specialized in litigation risk.
- Structure risk transfer products for complex operations.
- Advise the team on risk structure optimization for each case.
Required Profile — Who You Are:
- You are a specialist in litigation insurance, former ATE underwriter, or former risk manager at a litigation finance fund.
- You are proficient in the litigation insurance market (UK, Europe, international).
- You have structured coverage for operations exceeding €10M.
- You understand procedural law and costs across multiple jurisdictions.
