The Mission:
Lead our **AI Visible™** business unit, becoming the benchmark for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence governance frameworks. Your mission is to translate the complexity of the European AI Act into practical, auditable solutions that generate a competitive advantage for our clients.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Design and carry out audits of AI systems, assessing bias, explainability, robustness and traceability.
- Build and implement bespoke AI Governance Frameworks for companies operating in high-risk sectors.
- Act as the foremost technical-legal expert on the AI Act, advising both clients and our internal teams.
- Lead the strategy and the development of products and services within the AI Visible™ division.
Required Profile: Who You Are:
- You are an exceptional hybrid profile, with deep knowledge of both the legal framework for AI and the technical foundations of machine learning.
- You have demonstrable experience in algorithm auditing, data ethics or the implementation of AI governance frameworks.
- You understand that “trustworthy AI” is not a slogan but a discipline of engineering and law.
- You are able to hold a high-level conversation with a team of Data Scientists and with a Board of Directors alike.
