The mission
Define and defend the ethical governance of neurotechnology, brain-machine interfaces and advanced AI systems under emerging European neuro-rights and global standards.
Strategic responsibilities
- Design ethical policies and neuro-rights frameworks for cutting-edge clients.
- Audit BCI, neurotech and advanced AI projects under the AI Act and emerging legislation.
- Represent clients before regulators and international ethics committees.
- Publish and establish META Channel as a leading voice on new technological frontiers.
Required profile: who you are
- You are a lawyer with a doctorate, specialising in digital law, bioethics or legal philosophy.
- You have a demonstrable track record in neuro-rights or the governance of emerging technologies.
- You have published or taken part in high-level forums (EU, UN, academic institutions).
- You combine legal rigour with philosophical and strategic vision.
