At META Channel Corporation, (transnational legal-technological execution ecosystem) we are in the process of activating a private model for structuring and tokenizing environmental assets, starting with renewable energy certificates. We do not seek to replicate other people’s ideas. Our differential is in the legal architecture, MiCA compliance and the ability to connect with international capital.<\/p>\n
This is not a theoretical or experimental project. It is in the actual activation phase. We already have a structuring model, pilot cases and distribution channels. What we are looking for are technical and financial partners that provide real operational capacity in any of the following areas:<\/p>\n
We are looking for specialized companies (not freelancers) in one or more of these critical functions (We are looking for partners for specific areas or a strategic partner capable of integrating several of these functions):<\/p>\n
1. Audit of Environmental Certificates<\/p>\n
Verification of origin and validity of green energy or carbon footprint certificates.<\/p>\n
Experience with I-REC, GOs, national certificates or similar.<\/p>\n
Desirable presence or coverage in LATAM and\/or Europe.<\/p>\n
2. Legal-Contractual Structuring (token-linked contracts)<\/p>\n
Drafting “off-chain” contracts that link physical assets to tokens.<\/p>\n
In-depth knowledge of smart legal contracts and tokenization with real legal support.<\/p>\n
3. Regulatory Compliance and MiCA<\/p>\n
Legal analysis to determine if the token is utility or security under the MiCA Regulation.<\/p>\n
Experience in documentation analogous to the whitepaper required by European regulations.<\/p>\n
LATAM\/EU comparative view is a plus.<\/p>\n
4. Blockchain and Smart Contracts Development<\/p>\n
Implementation in ERC-20, ERC-721 or ERC-1155.<\/p>\n
Ability to audit and deploy secure and scalable smart contracts.<\/p>\n
Interoperability and cost efficiency (gas fees, security, custody, etc.).<\/p>\n
5. Fiscal-International Design<\/p>\n
Tax optimization for international corporate structures and investment operations.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of double taxation agreements, token taxation, etc.<\/p>\n
6. Governance of Tokenized Assets<\/p>\n
Design of decentralized or hybrid governance models.<\/p>\n
Conflict resolution protocols, rights audit and anti-fraud mechanisms.<\/p>\n
Being a consolidated company or firm, proposals from individual freelancers will not be accepted.<\/p>\n
Technical mastery of the legal-technological approach to tokenization (we are not looking for crypto-evangelists or digital generalists).<\/p>\n
Real execution capacity, demonstrable with previous experience or ongoing assets.<\/p>\n
Immediate operational capacity.<\/p>\n
