These questions are not mere technical details, but fundamental questions that will determine whether these technologies are integrated responsibly and sustainably into our society. In this article, we will address three key challenges: assigning responsibility, mitigating bias in decision-making, and protecting privacy and security.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" align=\"left\">Legal responsibility: Who is responsible for the errors of autonomous agents?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">One of the biggest challenges that autonomous agents present is how to assign legal responsibility when their decisions or actions have negative consequences. This challenge is compounded by the inherent autonomy of these systems, which allows them to act independently within the limits of their programming.<\/p>\n<div class=\"western title-h3\" align=\"left\">Current perspectives:<\/div>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">1. Addressing the ethical and regulatory challenges they pose is not just a technical issue, but a moral imperative to ensure that these technologies are used fairly, safely and responsibly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">Law has the historic opportunity to lead this transformation, laying the foundation for a future in which humans and autonomous systems collaborate in a truly balanced digital ecosystem.
