The Mission:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Build and manage the network of litigation finance funds, family offices and institutional investors that fund Litigation Bridge Capital’s transactions. Your role is Phase 3: Access to Capital.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategic Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Develop and maintain relationships with litigation finance funds (Therium, Burford, Harbour and similar).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Present investment opportunities structured by the due diligence team.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for each transaction.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Extend the capital network towards family offices and alternative investors.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Represent META Channel at litigation finance events and forums.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Profile \u2014 Who You Are:<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • You are a former fundraiser, a former investor relations professional or a former BD at an alternative investment fund.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You have your own network in the litigation finance or alternative assets ecosystem.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You have raised or placed \u20ac50M+ in investment transactions.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You understand the lifecycle of litigation and speak the language of institutional investors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
