The Mission:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Assess the economic value and the likelihood of success of major legal disputes and tax structures in order to determine funding viability and expected return. You are Phases 1 and 2: Origination & Due Diligence + Structuring and Valuation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategic Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Lead the legal and financial due diligence on each candidate case.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Build probabilistic valuation models and return scenarios.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Draft investment memos and investment packs for the committee.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with external lawyers to validate legal strength.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Establish selection and scoring criteria for opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Profile \u2014 Who You Are:<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • You are a senior lawyer with experience in international arbitration or Big Law litigation, combined with financial acumen.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You are proficient in damages valuation, Bayesian probability and financial modeling.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You have worked at litigation finance boutiques, at funds or in legal M&A.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You read a complex case and see the financial structure within 48 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
