The Mission:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Keep the financial models of every active transaction up to date, project scenarios as the litigation evolves, and report portfolio performance to investors and the management committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategic Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Update valuation models throughout the life of each case (sensitivity, scenarios).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare periodic financial reporting for investors and the committee.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Analyze variances between projections and actual results.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work with the Valuation Lead on due diligence for new cases.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop portfolio tracking tools and dashboards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Profile \u2014 Who You Are:<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • You are a senior financial analyst with experience in alternative funds, M&A or corporate finance.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You are proficient in advanced financial modeling, Excel\/Python and BI tools.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You have experience in illiquid assets, special situations or litigation finance.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You are rigorous, detail-oriented and able to communicate numbers to non-financial audiences.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
