Build and manage a diversified portfolio of litigation and
\nfunded structures, optimizing capital allocation, monitoring performance and
\nreporting to investors and the management committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategic Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Select and monitor cases within the
    \nactive portfolio.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Optimize capital allocation across
    \njurisdictions, litigation types and structures.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Negotiate terms with third-party funds and
    \nmanage co-investments.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Report performance, risks and projections to the
    \ninvestment committee.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Define entry and exit criteria for each
    \ntransaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Profile \u2014 Who You Are:<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • You are an alternative fund manager, a former portfolio
      \nmanager or a former litigation finance investment manager.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You are proficient in risk modeling, NPV, IRR and
      \nwaterfall structures.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You have a track record in illiquid assets, special
      \nsituations or distressed credit.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You have a deep understanding of the lifecycle of
      \ninternational litigation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
